How to Prepare the Chicken?

For the chicken, slice 300g of boneless chicken breast. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is golden brown. Once done, take the chicken out and set it aside.

What About the Vegetables?

Next, you will sauté the veggies. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 inch of grated ginger. Toss in 1 sliced red bell pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes. You want them fragrant and slightly soft.

How to Combine Everything?

Now, return the chicken to the skillet. Add 1 cup of sugar snap peas and the cooked udon noodles. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Toss everything well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is hot.

When to Add Cashews and Garnish?
